A graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Laverty completed his residency at Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Boston, MA, St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ and Daniel Freeman Hospital in Inglewood, CA. He is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology. Dr. Laverty currently serves as Co-Director of the Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine Program at Southcoast Hospitals Group.
