Our gastrointestinal pathologists, Drs. Lev, Stancu, Carlsten, Wang and Darko have trained in highly competitive fellowship programs. They hold or have appointments pending for academic titles at the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Stancu is Director of the Roger Williams/Boston University Fellowship Program, which is categorized as a specialty year for pathology training. Dr. Lev has written extensively and authored numerous articles, including a well regarded text on gastrointestinal polyps.
