Molecular Pathology
Physicians can rely on individualized clinically integrated pathology consults as well as state-of-the-art specialized diagnostic reporting from our Molecular Pathology division. We understand that time and accuracy are of the essence. That’s why we give every case the utmost attention to detail, right down to efficient specimen pick-ups. Our molecular pathologists, Drs. Maizel, King and Gokhale, have trained in highly competitive fellowship programs. They hold faculty appointments at the Boston University School of Medicine, with Dr. Maizel as Professor, Dr. King as Associate Professor and Dr. Gokhale, as Assistant Professor. Dr. Gokhale, the newest addition to our molecular pathology division, is board certified in molecular genetics of medicine. Our molecular pathologists strive to provide the best possible service, along with the latest diagnostic procedure and technology.
